This project aims at improving the detection rate of early hepatocarcinoma through using nanotechnology, lower the mortality of hepatocarcinoma. It is reported, the later period in nearly 70% of the hepatocarcinoma patients in our country are while making a definite diagnosis of at present, very unfavorable for treating. So, hepatocarcinoma is diagnosed in early days the progress of technology becomes the important issue to be solved urgently. This project will use the newest achievement of nanometer material, little nanometer process technology and biomedical research, study the hepatocarcinoma -specific functionalization nanometer material; Construction and nanometer which accuses of the chip flow to sense the application of the new material a little to explore and is used in serum of hepatocarcinoma what checked; Develop based on new nanometer material to use for the medical member image new technology that hepatocarcinoma diagnoses; Clinical verification examine chip and the intersection of nanometer and the intersection of molecule and the intersection of image and new technology early, for propose and set up hepatocarcinoma, examine the new norm to establish the foundation early. This project has already obtained national funds and subsidized more than 23 million yuan, its achievement sensitivity and accuracy expected to examine through improving hepatocarcinoma early, realize the general survey of large-scale, real-time, on-the-spot hepatocarcinoma, improve the detection rate of early hepatocarcinoma, reduce mortality, raise the international competitiveness of the biological medicine technology of nanometer of our country.
