It is reported ' Reporter Ye LongJie) Recently, Ministry of Agriculture issue notice, to 6 non-performance, messy to make the clear prohibitive regulation as the situation under administrative law-enforcing work, veterinarian of animal husbandry, at present, so as to ensure animal's epidemic prevention and beasts and birds' products quality safety, it is healthy to protect consumers. The prohibition is implemented formally since January 1 this year. These 6 prohibitive regulations include: Forbid charging without quarantining; Forbid not quarantining and come to testify; Forbid quarantining and charging repeatedly; Forbid reselling the badge sign of animal's hygiene at a profit; Forbid not monitoring the animal remedy quality of feed according to the regulation; Forbid behavior of finding illegality and does not investigate and prosecute. The Ministry of Agriculture says, to the person who violates prohibition, will look at the seriousness of the case, according to current cadre's administration authority, punish recording a demerit, recording a serious offence, degrading, dismissal,etc. separately; If the case constitutes a crime, transfer to the judicial authority and investigate criminal liability.
