A research in Britain reveals, the thin person is not often in motion, cholesterol is as high as fat people. Research points out, the size is partial and thin, but the person who has the movement habit, though there are many fat people of fat, but there can not be little cholesterol content in the blood, the morbidity risks of diseases such as heart disease,etc. are the same as fat people. Because heart disease has nothing to do with the fat more or less, and closely related to cholesterol content. So, relevant experts propose, the person with thinner size should train the consciousness of building up body consciously, form the good movement habit. So long as you have good consciousness of building up body, then besides sport of running, swimming etc., you can also do some sports such as climbing the stair, dragging the ground,etc. whenever and wherever possible in daily life. In fact, these are good exercising ways too.
