Research reveals: Practising taijiquan can stop the pain
As an old exercise project, taijiquan, that slow and rhythmical movement, deep breath, ignoring combining with the meditation together perfectly, can strengthen muscle strength, improve balance and harmony of the human body. Recently, a research in U.S.A. reveals, practising taijiquan can relieve joint and muscle and pain effectively. Wang ChenChen Dr.,et al., U.S.A. of Tufts University School of Medicine divide into groups 66 muscle painful patients at random, a group of persons practise taijiquan, another group of persons carries on the general stretching exercises, they carry on exercise 2 times every week, lasts 12 weeks. Subsequently, the researcher finds through the questionnaire, through tempering, various symptoms of the patient of taijiquan's group, including pain, feeling bad, the sleep is bad,etc. gets obvious improvement, another group of patient's conditions does not have obvious improvement. This research results have already been issued on " medical magazine of New England " published in the near future.
