Finnish national health and welfare research institute discover newly, the risk that the crowd of internal vitamin D with higher level suffers from Parkinson's disease is relatively low. Researchers study to 3173 following which Finns has carried on for nearly 30 years. Followed and began it during the period from 1978 to 1980, age of research object was between 50 and 79 years old that year, have not suffered from Parkinson's disease. Researchers have gathered and is used for analyzing vitamin D level by the blood sample of the research object, and let them finish the questionnaire and understand their economics and society background and health status. While following in 2007 and studying finishing, 50 participants suffer from Parkinson's disease. Researchers find, after get rid of the influence including relevant factors such as the weight index of the height, etc., serum hits the risk that the the highest level crowd of vitamin D suffers from Parkinson's disease than the ill risk low 67 of the lowest one of level. Researchers think, this has verified their assumption, chronic vitamin D lacks the risk factor that is Parkinson's disease. Researchers say, are not still clear vitamin D level influences the concrete mechanism of the ill risk of Parkinson's disease at present, but they infer, this can protect brain and have something to do with vitamin D through anti-oxidant activity, regulation calcium level,etc.. This research results have already been published on the 7th of U.S.A. " neurological literature ". (reporter Ren HaiJun)
